Friday: The RSA Team will be arriving at the crack of dawn on Friday to set up the slurpee machine (a.k.a. 190 Octane), dart-board, beer pong, PlayStation 2 and to prep the two Jacuzzis for long evening hours. So get out of that slave-driving job and check in at 4:00pm. There will be a welcoming party beginning at 5:00pm with food until it’s gone. Now that you’ve arrived, grab 190 because in a few hours Sweetfist takes the stage at the Widowmaker, and RSA has its own VIP area.
Saturday: If you are one of the lucky souls to hit the slopes, check out the demo area where you may demo as many skis as you want. You’ll need a license and credit card for security reasons. After you’ve had all the skiing you can handle, head back to the penthouse, grab a 190, and hop into the hot tub. Don’t soak for too long because the Widowmaker starts round two of Sugarloaf’s music fest at 7:00pm, where RSA will have their own VIP section. Stay as long as you like because the penthouses will be open all night.
Sunday: If you’re skiing a second day, please check out first and then get ready in the penthouse; it’s ours until 5:00pm. After the slopes, you may freshen up in the penthouse before your ride back home. If you’re sleeping in, stay in bed and check out at 11:00am.

The penthouses are for everyone with RSA only; no wristband = no access!- There will be some food & drinks in the penthouses for the weekend.
- 190 Octane, Jell-O shots, and a few surprises throughout the weekend.
- The band Sweetfist is performing in the Widowmaker with RSA VIP area.

- Deposits & payments are non-refundable.
- If you don’t ski, there are other activities at the resort such as snowmobiling, tubing, etc.
Special Notes: Ski an extra day! Come up early Thursday or leave late on Monday. Talk to Manny for details. You are responsible for your room; damage, smoking, etc. will be charged to your credit card.
